Debra Moss Vollweiler is a tenured Professor of Law at Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law, in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. She recently served as Associate Dean for Academic Affairs for five years, as well as Interim Dean of the College of Law through the onset of the global pandemic. Her latest work, entitled If you Can’t Beat ‘Em, Join ‘Em (Virtually): Institutionally Managing Law Students as Consumers in a COVID.

Join Professor Vollweiler and me as we discussed the following three topics:  1. What are your three favorite tech tools to use in the classroom; 2. What three lessons should lawyers take away as Law Schools deal with the shift to study-at-home due to COVID about those entering the profession? 3. What three things about technology (software/hardware) should lawyers be aware that law students/graduates may have very varying levels of knowledge to use effectively in the practice of law?
