The show predicted spaceships, tech advances, and many other modern conveniences that have become commonplace in today's society - George had a smartwatch, Jane and George used FaceTime, and poor George had Zoom meetings with his boss, Mr. Spacely. The creative geniuses behind this show managed to capture a shiny future world with high cities and personal flying machines. They also accurately predicted a lazier future with humans becoming more and more clueless about how to do things for themselves. It is possible that The Jetsons was a precursor to our current technology-driven lifestyle. For decades, people have been looking back at the show as an accurate prediction of what life could be like in the years ahead.
